This piece holds sacred Rudrasha Seeds and Rose Quartz.

The Rudrasha Seeds help the wearer dispel negative energies and protect one's energetic field. These seeds are traditionally used as prayer beads, because as a yogi, when working intensively with a sadhana and working a lot internally, we both become more sensitive to the subtleties around us but also want to keep our focus internalized and not become distracted by external energies, hence the Rudrasha Seed is very helpful. The Seed is also used here as a symbol and reminder of the latent life force that is held within us all, with the potential for growth and blossoming.

This No Mind Mala also holds Rose Quartz, with the intention to help the wearer stay in their sanctuary of the heart space. Rose Quartz helps us direct the love, compassion, care, respect and forgiveness towards ourselves as we'll as others. Oftentimes we are good at giving others all of the above, but forget to apply the same towards ourselves. This piece is made with the intention of supporting the wearer to live the love.
